Hightstown is a small court that always seems on the verge of disappearing. There have been rumors for years that Hightstown Municipal Court will merge with East Windsor Municipal Court. Nevertheless, the Hightstown traffic court has original jurisdiction over traffic tickets, DWI arrests, and disorderly persons offenses.
