The Colts Neck Municipal Court has jurisdiction over marijuana arrests, traffic tickets and Colts Neck DWI. The Colts Neck Court also hears all disorderly and petty disorderly persons charges. Colts Neck is an exclusive, tree-lined community in central Monmouth County. The town is bordered by Freehold Township, Tinton Falls and Marlboro Township.
